Tech Support Day

I spent a few hours today on tech support. Yes, I do provide tech support. Couple of friends called me asking for help with their computers. One was fairly simple the other was little more troublesome, but nowhere near hard. It's just a matter of looking in the right spot for the answer, but I guess you need to know the proper question before you can find the answer. They were pretty simple to me, but I'm reminded on occasion that this is not the case for others. I grew up with computers. The first computer I ever used was an Apple ][e. Those were the days. Things were much simpler... Maybe I'll get into business of support of something. It beats working in a cubicle. (>.<)
