Arrgggghhhhh. This month sucked. I haven't made any progress with the SS. I'm really starting to "hate" those people. My lawyer's office nor my Senator's office has heard back from those vile people. (Let me know if you have a better descriptive adjective for people who destroy property, cause injury, belong to the federal government, and won't remunerate for the damages they caused.)
I went to Ikea to buy some CD cases, but they seem to be out or discontinued. It's called Bråna. It's the best CD storage case I've come across. Now I got to figure out how to store my ever growing CD collection. (>.<) Did I mention that Ikea US doesn't even have an e-mail address unlike their foreign counterparts. They suck. I thought it was just the furniture.
I found out this month that Häagen-Dazs doesn't sell green tea ice cream here. My sister brought up the subject of green tea ice cream that brought this to my attention. It's the best green tea ice cream I've ever had. I guess if I was rich I could just go to Japan for it or have it airlifted here, but I'm not... Hmmm, maybe the Japanese market has it. I must check out next time I'm near one. If you're a fan of green tea ice cream I suggest you call Häagen-Dazs at 1-800-767-0120 and demand that they bring that over here or you can e-mail them.
Blogger is broken and I can't upload any photos. Also it sucks at handling accent marks in other languages.
US Copyright Office raised their registration fee from $21 or $25 (I can't remember.) to $45. (O.o) Sigh, it's going to cost a lot more to copyright. (T.T)
My RAM that I ordered had to be sent back twice before I got a decent working one. I guess third time is the charm. I was getting a little sick about the whole thing.
Generally this month sucked. It's gonna suck again next month too unless those meanies @ SS pay their bill. When you owe the feds some money, they're knocking down your door to get it, but when they owe money I'd say good luck on seeing it. My personal experience tells me they are worse than Disney. (T_T) (I've heard from people that they had to sue Disney to get paid. It's all hearsay of course. I wouldn't work for a company like that after hearing all those stories.)

Cake [Updated]
I miss having a cake shop/cafe around. I can't find a decent place around here. The closest thing would be Patisserie in Puente Hills (I think) or there about. It's near the Puente Hills mall. It's a little over priced for the quality. That's not the bad part. It's a little inconsistent. Some days it's good and on other days, it's less than blah. (-.-) I stopped going. There was this awesome shop in Torrance or Gardena, but I haven't been able to find that place. I don't even remember the name of the place. My friend when I was in college dragged me there. That placed had a nice atmosphere too. Maybe when the gas price goes down I'll look for that place.
There's a place called Paris Baguette that opened up recently. It's in Buena Park, but the place is dark and dank. (It's not dank, but it just gives that kind of vibe.) It might suit my goth friend, but I like my cake shop/cafe to be bright and airy.
Oh, Paris Baguette is a franchise or a big company shop. You see ton of them in South Korea. The cake is ok, nothing outstanding.
I would put up a picture of Grand Vase (It's the little cake shop in the city of hitachi. It's right in front of the train station @ omiika. Stop by if you're in the neighborhood.) or the little cake shop in Gardena or Torrance, but I don't have one. (T_T)
The photo is of some shop called MiGo in Seoul. It's the only picture of the kind I have in terms of the kind of shop I'm looking for. I hear it's quite popular. I can't say how it tastes.

LOL Moment @ Old Navy
Maybe it's not funny to you, but I found it amusing... I'm easily amused.
I bought couple of shorts last week. I ended up returning one of them today. One was real comfy, but I couldn't say the same about the other one. I probably should have tried them on at the store, but these days I'm pretty nonchalant about things like that. I know my sizes and I rarely bother to try things on. I got $18 and some change back for the return. I saw they were having a clearance sale so I took a look. I found a t-shirt for $1.50. (O.o) I picked up three more for three bucks each and a pair of jeans for $5. The total came to $16 and change. I went in there with a pair of shorts and came out with four t-shirts and a pair of jean with couple bucks to boot. I thought it was funny. The t-shirts were pretty good too. I probably wouldn't have bought them if they were regular priced, but it's hard to beat $3 t-shirts. :D (It's my magic price point where I start to care less about things.)
On a sad note, there's was a t-shirt I wanted to get, but they only had XXL. (T.T) That's just too big for me. I guess for $3, you gotta be quicker.

Wow, Where Did June Go??
Wow, I haven't blogged in like a month. Who knew?? Well, I was without my laptop for a week and a half during that time. The DVD combo drive died. It wouldn't read any DVD's. The CD part worked fine. You can play and burn CD's, but stick in a DVD and nothing. With all the going back and forth with the laptop, the warranty on it has been extended for about half a year on it. Also for the first time in my dealing with Sony, I got to talk to a tech support guy who sounded like he knew what he was doing and was nice. (I've been dealing with them for over six years now on the computer front.)
I've been preoccupied with my nephew who makes funny sounds, but doesn't really say much.
I'm trying to figure out what to call my stickie empire, well at least the start of it.
I talked with my lawyer's office recently and they are making some progress. Now they are talking with the general counsel for the US Secret Service. Of course every time they talk with someone new over at the SS, they want the files all over again. I guess they just can't get their act together.
I guess I better get back to work.
