Cisco Sucks

I bought a Linksys router last month and it lasted about 2 weeks before it died. I had to spend over an hour to have them tell me that it's defective. They also never answer their e-mail. They have a really crappy phone system. One of the worst in terms of quality. I remember that I still have the dead router and called the customer service department today and they told me there wasn't enough troubleshooting and I'd have to go through that hell again. I just got fed up and called their corporate office. I left a message on some Chinese sounding lady named Joy's voice mail. Let see if she's any better than the customer service department.

Oh, their phone system has a recording at the beginning saying there might be interruption during the call and bad call quality. Nice from a "networking" company. I wouldn't buy Cisco products. After I get this thing replaced, I'm not buying another Cisco product and I am going to tell people to stay away from them.

If you didn't know, Cisco bought Linksys a while back.

I wonder if the Cisco router is any better. They strike me as the microsoft of their field.
